Charles R. Felder:

Mr. Felder has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field as a physical therapist with 20 years as a practice owner.  Chuck has extensive experience working with business owners including various types of business legal entities.  He was one of the original importers of the McConnell Patellofemoral Treatment Plan and was a principal in the continuing education company that trained over 5,000 therapists during the four years he was involved.  Chuck has experience in exit strategies and succession plans and in 1998 successfully sold his own physical therapy practice. 

Education
Chuck holds an MBA from the University of California at Irvine, a Master's degree in physical therapy from the Sargent College School of Allied Health Professions at Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in physical education from Cleveland State University.  He was one of the first people in the country to earn board certification as a specialist in sports physical therapy.  As a certified athletic trainer he has worked with Olympic, international, professional, collegiate, high school and weekend athletes in a variety of sports.  Chuck is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a special interest in golf fitness and nutrition.

Experience
Chuck, in his third decade in the industry, has vast experience in the business operations of a healthcare provider.  The advanced business analysis and management skills learned during his MBA training compliments Chuck’s experience and provides a business-focused perspective of health care issues.  He has been personally involved in buying-in as a partner, buying a partner out, establishing and selling health care related businesses and eventually selling his practice.  Chuck's extensive experience can help you make the best decisions regarding growing, managing or exiting your practice.
